Recommended Procedures

Acne can be improved with prescription medications along with facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and Blu-U photodynamic therapy. Fraxel laser treats acne scars.

Sun damage can be reversed by Levulan photodynamic therapy, chemical peels and intense pulsed light treatments. We can recommend products for home maintenance.

UltraShape removes unwanted fat deposits painlessly and non-surgically, on the abdomen, waist, thighs and back.

Thermage tightens skin on the face, arms, abdomen and thighs.

Microdermabrasion, facials, chemical peels and intense pulsed light can smooth and brighten a rough, dull complexion, minimize pores, shrink oil glands and fade brown spots. We have products to enhance these treatments.

Common Skin Problems
Acne — can be improved with medications and treatments. Ask Dr. Gidon what would be best for you, but don’t wait until the last minute since treatments take time!
Sun Damage — you must use sun protection daily to keep your skin healthy. Anti-aging products help reverse sun damage and smooth skin.

Loss of firmness — can be improved without invasive surgery. Ask Dr. Gidon if Thermage or Fraxel would be right for you.

Dull, rough complexion — sun exposure, smoking and aging cause dull skin; we offer several procedures and products to improve the appearance of your skin. Just ask us.
Moles — if you are not sure about a spot, book an appointment for a skin examination.

I’ve been hearing more about antioxidants in recent years, and it’s great to know that they can be used to address acne, sun damage and other aging effects. We all know some people who may be interested in these products.

For some reason, I used to just think of antioxidants as just being ingested in herbal teas and that sort of thing.

I think the timing is perfect for non-surgical solutions to some of these issues, and I think most of us would prefer a less invasive approach to reverse the appearance of aging, when available.
