Thanks. Hopefully someday, someone will figure out a way to make radiowaves (as in Thermage) concentrated enough to stimulate sufficient collagen to build volume to the face... the way that Sculptra builds volume by stimulating new collagen production.

Thermage does not add volume. It tightens existing collagen and stimulates the production of new collagen so the skin is firmer. Sculptra, fat and fillers such as a hyaluronic acid are needed for volume.

Hello Dr. Gidon.
I'm looking for a method to restore VOLUME to the facial hollows... such as below the eyes (tear troughs) and cheeks.
I've been told that ONLY by injection with things like Sculptra or Fat Grafting can restore volume to the face.
But I'm looking for a technique that DOESN'T involve injections.
Can Thermage add as much volume as Sculptra or Fat-Grafting?
Thank you.
